Welcome to HASZEL. If you shop at HASZEL.com, you accept the following conditions. Please read them carefully.

Refunds

Customers are able to return items within 14 days from when the order was received for store credit in original packaging.

Please follow the instructions on the invoice in your package and return your item(s) within 14 days of receipt to the address on invoice.

Returns must be received in new, not damaged, unworn, un altered and unwashed condition with tags attached. Items that do not meet these criteria or are non-returnable will be denied. Haszel is not responsible for any shipping charges that may occur from a return.

Exchanges or Store Credit only for the amount of the item(s) you purchased. You can use the credit to purchase other items from HASZEL.com. No monetary refunds will be gived for return items. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

No returns on Custom Orders or Sale Items.

We are not responsible for lost returns. We strongly recommend you track your return. The shipping carriers such as FedEx or USPS provide the tracking info as part of their services; while USPS offers delivery confirmation for an additional fee (please inquire with USPS to obtain the current rate).

RETURN PROCESSING

Once we have received your package, you will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when the order was placed. Your exchange credit will be processed within 5-7 business days. Your credit information will be available in your account. If you have not created an account, one will be created for you and that information will be sent to your email.

Electronic Communications

When you visit HASZEL.com or send emails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. By doing so, you are consenting to receive communications from us electronically. You acknowledge that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
