Returns/Exchanges

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS: STANDARD SIZE ORDER

  • Customers are able to return items within 14 days from when the order was received for store credit.
  • Please follow the instructions on the invoice in your package and return your item(s) within 14 days of receipt to the address on invoice.
  • Returns must be received in new, unworn, and unwashed condition with tags attached. Items that do not meet these criteria or are non-returnable will be denied. Haszel is not responsible for any shipping charges that may occur from a return.
  • Exchanges or Store Credit only.  Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • We are not responsible for lost returns. We strongly recommend you track your return.  The shipping carriers such as FedEx or USPS provide the tracking info as part of their services; while USPS offers delivery confirmation for an additional fee (please inquire with USPS to obtain the current rate).

 

RETURN PROCESSING

Once we have received your package, you will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when the order was placed. Your exchange credit will be processed within 5-7 business days. Your credit information will be available in your account. If you have not created an account, one will be created for you and that information will be sent to your email.

 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are non-returnable. Credit will not be issued for the following:

  • ALL CUSTOM SIZE ORDERS
