Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: Currently we only accept PayPal.
Q: I need to change or cancel my order. How can I do that?
A: Please make sure to double check that your shipping and billing information is correct before submitting your order. If you wish to make any modifications to the size, style, email or shipping address of an order, it must be communciated to us within 24 hours from the original order confirmation. Beyond that, the order will have to be canceled and a new one placed. Any order once shipped, cannot be canceled or diverted to a different shipping address. You can try to email us at email@example.com before your orders is shipped to make some changes that are limited and not guaranteed.
Q: I just placed my order. Can I add another item to it?
A: Unfortunately we cannot add items to an existing order. Please place a new order for the item.
Q: I’m unsure about a size or I have a fit question. How do I find this information?
A: Please see our SIZE CHART for general information on sizing. If you still have specific questions about a fit of an item or measurement guidelines, you can also use the custom size order tab on each item for an additional charge or please CONTACT US.
Q: Can I return or exchange items that were purchased on sale?
A: All final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. For our full Return & Exchange Policy, click HERE.
Q: How long does it take to process my return?
A: Once we have received your package you will be notified via email at the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Your exchange credit will be processed into your account within 5-7 business days. For more information on returns and exchanges, click HERE.
Q: When will my order ship?
A: Most orders are made to order we need production time of 1-2 weeks ship within 1 business day of upon finished garment. Shipping times may vary due to chosen shipping methods and destinations. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays.
Q: Where is my order confirmation?
A: As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add firstname.lastname@example.org to your safe sender list.

Q: Why was my order canceled?
A: Due to an unforeseen event, the item you ordered suddenly became out of stock and is no longer available. We promise these cases are rare. However, if an item in your order does become unavailable, you will be contacted within 24 to 48 hours about the cancellation. If your order contains additional items, these items will still be shipped to you and the unavailable item will be removed from your order.
Q: Will I have to pay international taxes & duties?
A: All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
Q: I have an online credit. How do I use it?
- First, sign in to your Haszel account.
- You should see the credit on the ‘Store Credit’ tab of your ‘My Account’ page.
- Upon checkout, the credit will automatically be deducted from your order total.
- If you do not use the entire credit, the remainder will go back into your Haszel account to be used on future purchases.
- Credit can only be used at WWW.HASZEL.COM
Q: Do you ship worldwide?
A: No, we currently only ship within the U.S. for only $16 flat rate for all order outside the US. To see the countries we ship to, please visit our SHIPPING INFO page.

A: Absolutely! We love fashion bloggers. If you are interested in working with us, collaborating with us, or using any of our images please CONTACT US.
Q: Can I use more than one coupon code per order?
A: No, our system only allows one coupon code per order.
