How to Measure:
This is one that may be easier to do with help from someone. Standing straight with shoulders back, measure across you upper back from the tip of one shoulder to the other shoulder tip.
How to Measure:
Measure all the way around your torso under armpits right above bust.
How to Measure: While wearing your usual bra, make sure your shoulders are relaxed at your sides measure the fullest point of your chest (over your areolas), under your underarm, and over shoulder blades. Keep measuring tape parallel to the floor.
How to Measure: While wearing your usual bra, measure all the way around torso right under your bust (over hem of bra)
How to Measure: Measure around the narrowest part of your waist (should be a couple of inches above your navel, below ribcage on your sides). To find your natural waistline, sway your torso from side to side, there will usually be a crease where you bend. Yes this is not where you usually wear your pants, etc. but it is used to give the best fit!
How to Measure: Standing with heels together, measure around body at the widest part of your hips (right under buttock, approximately 8-9" below natural waistline).
How to Measure: Place the tape measure around the widest part of your upper arm, your bicep. Then bend your arm slightly to flex muscle for the best fit.

Stand barefoot with your feet slightly apart and your back to the wall, measure straight from the floor to the to of your head.
